Ayla Tedeschi

Ayla (She/Her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy intern finishing her degree at Lesley University. She has refined her musical skills through years of practice, study, and performance and integrates piano, voice, guitar, percussion, flute, ukulele, and other instruments into the work she does. As a person-centered provider, Ayla specializes in supporting creativity, self-expression, and self-empowerment through music, as well as other types of modalities. Ayla also has experience with Mindfulness Therapy and Play Therapy, all seen through a Humanistic, Trauma-Informed lens. She enjoys working with children, teenagers, and adults and has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and autism.
