Emily (She/Her) is trained and experienced in supporting individuals suffering with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, intrusive thoughts and life transitions. She works best with clients who value curiosity and intimacy with themselves and others. In her practice, she incorporates the notion that our bodies carry the story of past traumas, experiences and emotions that oftentimes surface as distressing thoughts and physiological symptoms. She goes beyond conventional problem solving to integrate your thinking, feeling, sensing, and spiritual realms and offer a compassionate and nonjudgemental space for you to navigate these complexities and improve regulation.
