I am trained and experienced in supporting individuals suffering with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, intrusive thoughts and life transitions. I work best with clients who value curiosity and intimacy with themselves and others. In my practice, I incorporate the notion that our bodies carry the story of past traumas, experiences and emotions that oftentimes surface as distressing thoughts and physiological symptoms. I go beyond conventional problem solving to integrate your thinking, feeling, sensing, and spiritual realms and offer a compassionate and nonjudgemental space for you to navigate these complexities and improve regulation.
