CONNECTION IS THE FOUNDATION OF MENTAL HEALTH
At Project Connection, we’re committed to practicing what we’ve known all along…that connection is the very center and foundation of mental health.
It is our project to improve the overall well being of our community through providing quality mental health services and to make sure that these services are accessible to everyone. This is why a portion of every self-pay or insurance paid session helps to fund mental health services for an unfunded or underfunded individual.

Social Prescribing is an emerging person-centered approach to healthcare that acknowledges the complex nature of mental health and well-being. This helps an individual embrace their authenticity – essentially, “be you, so those who are looking for you can find you.”
Humans are inherently wired to connect with others and when those connections are absent or broken, an individual’s mental health can suffer. The social prescribing framework provides practical tools to address an individual’s emotional and psychological barriers that prevent these important connections.
