Dawn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents as a school-based therapist and emergency room crisis worker. She has served in leadership capacities in settings focused on both program development and management as well as direct therapist supervision. Prior to becoming a therapist, Dawn was a business management professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, marketing and business operations in the technology industry and in a Fortune 500 company. At Project Connection, Dawn uses her expertise in both business and mental health to ensure program integrity and ensure overall wellbeing of our clients and our community.
