Isis (she/her) received her Master’s degree from Utah State University with a focus on trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. With experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and couples in both community and private practice settings, she is passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward well-being and personal growth. Her background also includes supporting children with disabilities and special needs, as well as serving Spanish-speaking and underserved populations.
Using an eclectic approach, Isis integrates elements of EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to address anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is committed to creating a warm, inclusive space for healing and growth.
Outside of work, Isis enjoys spending time with her dogs and family, reading, and traveling as meaningful experiences that deepen connection, broaden perspective, and enhance cultural understanding.
