Jesse is a game designer that dreams to use his talent for the betterment of society. His passion for improving the lives of others started early on in his life by studying to become an EMS responder and later as a house manager for residential rehabilitation aiding individuals with disabilities. Working in these environments inspired Jesse to pursue his desire to help others through a psychology degree, and later an entertainment arts engineering degree. Jesse believes that games have the potential to be powerful tools for positive change. By leveraging his background in psychology and game design, he aims to design games that not only entertain but also provide therapeutic benefits. These serious games can be utilized in different settings, such as healthcare, education, and rehabilitation, to support individuals in their personal development and address specific challenges they may face. He recognizes the importance of inclusivity and cultural sensitivity and actively engages with communities, particularly children, to foster meaningful connections and provide positive experiences. Whether it's organizing outdoor activities, supporting animal shelters, or attending cultural events, he aims to make a difference in the lives of those around him.

Born in Aurora, Colorado, and grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Jesse later moved to Salt Lake City to pursue his education. Through his extensive travel and exposure to diverse cultures, Jesse has gained a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique perspectives and struggles of individuals from various backgrounds. Growing up, Jesse was developed in an underprivileged environment and was exposed to myriad forms of mental illness within his family, giving him a strong sense of empathy and compassion toward those that are struggling with whatever prevents them from living a fulfilling life. He has developed a variety of interpersonal communication skills and mediation techniques to help solve problems and ensure those around him have a fluid and rewarding experience.

With his outgoing and sociable personality, Jesse understands the significance of building trust and rapport in relationships. He uses humor and a witty approach to create an engaging and comfortable environment for individuals to share their experiences and collaborate on solutions. This made Project Connection a perfect fit for him. His result-oriented mindset drives him to implement strategies that yield tangible outcomes, ensuring that his efforts lead to the betterment of individuals and communities-reflecting his compassionate nature, diverse experiences, and desire to make a positive impact. With his unique blend of skills, empathy, and passion, he aspires to empower individuals, promote personal growth, and advocate for the well-being of others.
