Hello, Iā€™m Kaitlin, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting individual adults and couples through their healing journeys. I believe that the therapeutic relationship and connection are among the most important tools in therapy. My goal is to utilize compassion and caring to foster genuine connections with each of my clients. I specialize in working with adults and couples struggling with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, relationship/family issues.

With me, I bring years of experience working in a variety of trauma and crisis settings. Specializing in trauma therapy, I tailor my techniques to suit individual needs by integrating evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, while utilizing attachment and interpersonal lenses.

In our sessions, you'll find a welcoming space where your experiences are valued, and your journey is honored. Together, we'll navigate through emotional wounds, nurture secure attachments, and uncover the meaning in your life's journey. Whether we're exploring creative techniques or evidence-based modalities, I'll be there to support you every step of the way.
