HR/Billing Manager

Shylah is devoted to providing clients and staff with tremendous service and support. She loves her position in Human Resource and Billing. She has extensive experience in Management, HR, Office Administration, and Insurance Processing/Verification. Prior to coming to Project Connection, she had the opportunity to advocate and support children with disabilities and special needs in an educational setting. She helped with classroom management strategies to ensure students were successful. She worked closely with the Parents and Special Education Team to help collaborate, develop, and implement Individualized Education Plans. 

Shylah’s greatest passion is her role as a wife and mother. It has been rewarding and challenging with great opportunities for reflection and growth within herself. Things she enjoys are camping, traveling, being in the great outdoors at the family cabin and game nights. She enjoys time with extended family and friends. She loves to find ways to help in the community and does volunteer work at her children's schools. 

She is thankful for the connections she has made with her family, friends, work, and community.
